Cancellation Policy

Payment: A $95 consultation fee is due at time of booking. Refunds: This fee is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling: One free reschedule allowed per appointment. Additional changes may require rebooking. Credit Toward Project: If you move forward with UPGRD for your project, we’ll credit the consultation fee toward the full contract.
